Terms and Conditions

Please read all of the Terms and Conditions below before booking. If you have any queries or questions please call 07718 090345 or email hunters.lodge@hotmail.com before booking.

We accept bookings for any day of the week for any duration. However, we do ask for a min 3-7 nights during busy periods. We are unable to reserve specific pitches, we will allocate a pitch to you on arrival and cannot guarantee adjoining pitches. Please bear in mind there is no guarantee that your pitch will be available should you want to extend beyond the dates booked.

It is your responsibility to check that details on your booking confirmation are correct and to notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors not corrected prior to arrival.

A deposit of £30 per week or part week is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Balances of all holidays to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately no refund can be offered for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Non-payment may lead to cancellation of booking. Please note that we do not send reminders. If your cheque is returned to us by the bank as ‘unpaid’, we will charge a £15 fee to cover the costs incurred.

Check in time is from 11am, our latest time of arrival is 6pm prompt. Pitching after dark is not permitted. Check out time on day of departure by 10am. Reservations must be taken up by 6.00pm on the day of arrival unless special arrangements are made prior to arrival date. Late arrivals must notify Hunters Lodge asap.
Hunters Lodge reserve the right to terminate a booking at any time.

Hunters Lodge is an Adult Only site. No all-male parties or all female parties accepted. No unaccompanied teenagers. Hunters Lodge is a quiet adult only site for over 21’s.

There is a charge of £1 for use of showers which will last for approximately 7 minutes.

All refuse should be placed in the bins located in the recycling compound.

We make a charge to visitors to the site. In the interests of all visitors we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or groups of persons at our discretion.

One vehicle is permitted on each pitch, additional vehicles are charged for but must be parked in designated parking area. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is parked courteously and left in a safe manner. We reserve the right to move any incorrectly parked vehicles or camping equipment and accept no responsibility for any damage caused under these circumstances. Unless agreed through prior arrangement, the management do not allow commercial vehicles, lorries or converted vehicles onto the holiday park.

Noise of all kinds (including music and singing) must always be kept at reasonable levels, and between 10.00pm and 8.00am must not be audible outside your accommodation. We ask that all guests to be considerate of one another.

BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Damages or breakages to Park facilities and equipment must be reported and paid for. Parents are asked to see that children do not cause damage in the amenity blocks or elsewhere on the Park and will be responsible for any damage caused.

Pets must be kept under control at all times and are accepted on the understanding that the Company will in no way be responsible for damage or injury caused by them. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Any damage to property or persons caused by pets must be paid for by their owner.

The management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a booking or to terminate the visit of any person for whatever reason at their (the management’s) sole discretion. No refunds will be made of holiday fees already receipted under any circumstances covered by this occurrence.

Hunters Lodge accepts no responsibility for any damage to tents and awnings due to adverse weather conditions. Please check ground conditions before booking in early and late season.

Please inform us of any problems that occur during your stay as we regret that we are unable to deal with any complaints once you have left the park.

Persons using Hunters Lodge Caravan and Camping Site and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk and will not accept liability for the loss or damage to persons and/or property, or accommodation or amenities becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Tenants must accept full responsibility for their own personal property. We will not accept responsibility for any personal property left on site.

Neither Hunters Lodge, nor any other person or individual company involved in operating or managing the Camping Site, nor any associated or subsidiary company shall be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage (direct or indirect), loss of or damage to any property, including motor vehicles, motorcycles or the like, however caused, sustained by or occasioned to any person on park (including persons under the age of 18 years), whether resulting from or caused by the negligence, default, wilful act, omission or otherwise of Hunters Lodge, the individual companies or persons operating or managing the Camping Site, their employees, servants, agents, or concessionaires, or of guests, residents, occupiers or invitees.

Information About You

When you make a booking, we store your contact and holiday information in our booking system. This information is only held for the purposes of managing bookings and marketing activities.

Personal information is not shared with any other third parties.

We will provide a summary of any personal information held upon request.

This information will only be sent to the e-mail address on file for the booking associated with it.

Payments

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
